A complete masterpiece of "orchestral rock" and classic rock in general. This album blends rock, disco, art-rock and other influences with schmaltzy strings that somehow just sound good. Most notably, the "Concerto For a Rainy Day" suite that kicks off the middle of the album and culminates in "Mr. Blue Sky" is a whirlwind of different feels and emotions that comes together in a beautiful whole. Oh, and there's a couple of sick spaceships on the cover.
