On the past

I recently logged into my long abandonned slashdot account. I kept a journal there. As I read the entries (from 2004) it was like reading the journal of another person. I always thought people stayed pretty much the same. This falacious belief somewhat stayed with me. It was stamped out today. That guy and this guy ain't the same guy. I dislike that guy. He seems weak. I'd likely not get along well with him. Were he my employee, with the work habits I know he had, I would likely fire him.

I tell people here in Wyoming that since the body typically replaces (damn near) all cells every 10 years, and I have lived here (damn near) 13, I am a native. All my cells were born here. It seems the place changed more than my cellular makeup...
