Burned out and depressed

It's been hard to write in this space lately because I've been incredibly worn down, depressed, and feeling like I need to quit working for the non-profit I'm running.

The tl;dr is that the owner of the org has continued to get more erratic, micromanaging, and constantly insulting. At this point I do essentially everything, including payroll, and all he does is snipe at me or step into projects and overcomplicate things massively then give himself a panic attack that I need to soothe him down from.

I'm not even getting paid by this job right now and yet it's completely eating my life. This isn't sustainble.

And I'm very tired.
