- Check out the Chancellor's body
- Head towards Gorleb Swamp
- Find Lady Yelinda and help her
- Get key
- Search treasure room (Serpent Armor)
(15) Castle of the White Dragon
- Work your way through the castle and kill the Banes
- Use the prisms on the Black Rock Sword
- Haul the bodies to Monk Isle (easier to get back to!)
- Hit the Temples of Order to cure your companions
- Free Mortegro (Summon Shade Spell)
(16) Monk Isle
- Talk to Xenka (Serpent Tooth)
- Go to Isle of Crypts (Chaos Serpent Eye)
(17) Isle of Crypts
- Get to room where you push button to open door
- Restore balance with scroll from mummy
- Read book
- Get Chaos Serpent Eye
- Open secret door to talk to Great Hierophant
* NOTE * Make sure at this point that you are not carrying
the Serpent Staff! You will not be able to continue
the plot otherwise!
(18) Temple of Tolerance
- Talk to Sethys
- Get his Eye of the Serpent
(19) Temple of Enthusiasm
- Summon Chaos Hierophant
- Return to Monk Isle and talk to Xenka
(20) Monitor
- Creamate yourself (but get Dupre's ashes)
(21) City of Chaos
- Blow doors into temple with gunpowder
- Work your way deep down through the maze to the
large temple
- Open secret door to get to the wall of lights
- Place Chaos BR Serpent in slot
- Put the prisms on the proper altars
- Put Dupre's ashes on the last altar
- Xenka will appear with Ophidian Sword
(22) Furnace
- Work through caves to one with two-four ogres and a locked
door (Ogre with 2H-sword has key) (Serpent Staff)
(23) Forest above Knight's Test
- Search dead trees with holes (Serpent Crown)
(22) Temple of Balance
- Solve the first trial of Balance
- Use book to get over chasm
- Solve second trial of Balance
- Solve third trial of Balance
- Receive the blessing of the Earth Serpent (Order Eye)
- Enter Grand Temple
- Kill Ice elementals
- Put serpents in the slots
- Put eyes on the altar
- Kill serpent with Ophidian sword
- Watch the fireworks!
I finally finished it last night! (Now I can study again!!) I would like to
