I think you can't even expect a variable in some cases.
You could see other variables, but you can't expect any. It just depends on how the gemini server you're using is implemented.
From what I know the gemini specification doesn't, but I don't know if you're refering to the gemini specification or to a IETF specification (RFC).

CGI scripts on Gemini Servers — Can I expect anything other than a SHA256 TLS_CLIENT_HASH? Does the standard address this?
