BBS has been updated to Bubble v4.3.

• Polls weren't being tagged appropriately, causing them to appear as regular posts and not be notified about.
• Fixed paging in the issue tracker (couldn't change page in closed issues).

I am now running bbs.geminispace.org and skyjake.fi on GmCapsule v0.5. This new version of the server enables live reloading of extensions so I can upgrade Bubble without shutting down the server. Another enhancement is that there are additional background processes for handling requests, which gets around the Python GIL when doing long-running operations (like rendering and compressing an exported archive), improving server performance.

Applied a quick fix to get user registration working correctly. Now at Bubble v4.4.

GmCapsule is providing client certificates in a different format so I had to update Bubble accordingly.

(On the plus side, the live reloading seems to work nicely!)
