I remember seeing an mp3 player module for the Handspring Visors that had an associated app. I'm guessing it would probalby not work with anything else though since I'm sure it was decoding the mp3s on the specific module. If I see any others I'll let you know.

Any good music players for PalmOS 4? I swear everything I've tried so far as been 5 or above and I'd really like to find one that works on my SJ33. The Clie comes with one built in but it requires audio files with Sony's weird DRM of the time.
