Hiya! Welcome to MATHPUNK's Big Muscle Kitchen, where our motto is: it can always have more protein!! As I have celiac's disease, everything in the Kitchen is gluten free, but remember to always read the labels on your ingredients at home. Unfortunately I get nearly 50% of my daily protein intake from dairy, so most of my recipes are not vegan or lactose free. Sorry about that!
All recipes listed here will include macronutrients. Many recipes will include an “extraneous information” section, where I talk about how the recipe came about, or ways I modify it, etc. Feel free to ignore this section. Feel free to contact me if the macros are in error.
