Hi, I'm Timm. This is my small tower of magic in geminispace. Here I'll touch mainly on topics that provide me with magic and joy which I hope I can share here; mostly music and technology.

Or, as another saying goes: "Speaking about music is like dancing to architecture." Nevertheless, the magic powers of music cannot be overstated and so I'll try to share some of my music here instead of just writing about it. Even though geminispace intends to be simple text where music is concerned words too often fail. So have fun listening!

In my life I've witnessed incredible technological inventions and the magic worlds that lie within them. From the Maus network, FTP and the World Wide Wait that turned into the World Wide Web, I was fascinated by the sheer exuberant creativity and underlying humanism of the virtual world. I've seen the beginning of the WWW and lately I fear I'm seeing its demise: so called "social" networks, surveilance and corporate greed boosting the worst in humanity.

I believe in the ideas of enlightenment. A virtual space should be filled with creativity, knowledge and kindness. It looks as if the smolnet could be such a place.
