Rosy Crow 1.0.2

Version 1.0.2 includes the following changes:

• Pages won't be loaded from the cache unless navigating backward
• The URL entry will correctly trigger navigation when the Enter key is pressed on hardware keyboards
• Saved settings should now load consistently
