Gardaí are investigating after the discovery of a body on Inis Oírr island
on Monday afternoon.
The Coast Guard raised the alarm about presence of the remains on the
coast of the Aran Island yesterday.
The body has since been removed to the mortuary at University Hospital
Galway.
