Extracting the seeds is something of a chore. Luckily the juicer had a dead mouse in it so the seeds had to be eaten rather than being too processed in a non-stomach environment.
Mix and eat. On the other hand, this may be too much as the pomegranate seeds are quite edible on their own.
Edible but somewhat bitter. Save the pith in the freezer, and use it as a bittering base in soups or stocks. Another option would be to dry the pith and grind it into a powder. If the peel is good, that could also be saved, probably after a good scrubbing to strip off any gunk accumulated during transport.
