It would be logical that a Raspi 500 is on the way unless they're having supply chain issues...
I quite like the big form factor as it allows these hot processors to run well without active cooling. There's a pleasant retro feel to it, like a tiny Amiga or something.

I think the x00 series are great candidates for cheap but reasonably performant thin clients too which I guess is either retro or ultra modern depending on if you refer to terminal/timeshare computing or Cloud/Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.

My original Raspberry Pi 400 developed a problem with its USB ports. The computer would lock up if one nudged the attached cables even a little bit. It’s been sitting on the table unused for months, yet still I felt compelled to buy a new one. And the new one works great! But it’s still sitting unused because I’m too busy with other stuff.
