I was wrong to stop writing down my dreams in 2018, and right to start again a few weeks ago. My dreams "speak" to me about my own life and myself more and better than I myself am capable of in a conscious state. They make me see and see again landscapes and people that by chance or by force of circumstance, or by my own mistakes and shortcomings, I never saw or stopped seeing in my "real life". They remind me of things I wanted to forget. They reconnect me to my own life, which my daily reality does not do, or no longer does.
