Re: "Currently @clseibold's misfinmail allows for fetching..."
Not right now, but I will add this soon, hopefully today. I will be adding the option to take gemini requests from your misfin server (over the same port) and this will provide a gemini interface for the server - for admins, users, and public users if you choose so (if you want to become a misfin mail hoster for others, for example).
This gemini interface will offer a "gemini fetch address" to be used with the misfin client if one chooses. I haven't had a lot of time to work on the client because I've been so focused on the server, so you can't really delete stuff with the client yet - it will come back because your gembox is redownloaded on every run of the client.
I am looking into ways to fix this.
If you want to, and you are running a gemini server yourself, you can actually setup this fetch address for yourself manually, depending on if you gemini server supports it easily or not. You'll just need to serve your gembox over your gemini server, but protect it by allowing only the client cert of that mailbox to access it (by looking at fingerprints). You may need to use CGI to do this on some gemini servers, but this is the temp. solution I did for my own mailbox until I can finish up the gemini interface features for the misfin server.
Hopefully this helps :)
Edit: You can now do this. See my version 0.5 post.

Currently @clseibold's misfinmail allows for fetching gembox from Gemini address. Is there any way to do so directly from misfin-server?
