It's actually good. This way Gemini stays for people who loathe the big web, and Gemini does not get crowded by mouthbreathers.
Gemini designation ambiguity — Alphabet (the former "don't be evil" company) appears to introduce the "Gemini" designation for an AI chatbot. Possibly not a big deal, since a Google search for "Gemini" leads to the said AI and to ... astrology. The Gemini protocol must be searched for specifically.
