Just trying out a parametric CAD desgn tool - SolveSpace. It is brilliant when you have a family of parts to design, each of which is related, but not just a scaled up or down version of each other

I didn't know the app. It seems to have soem features identical to those of SketchUp. Is it? (If you can compare please give some insight :) Google has never 'translated' SketchUp to Linux... So I have to use some old version over Wine. Anyway, thanks for mentioning it. · 2 years ago
@sdfgeoff - I only heard about it recently as I think there has just been a new major release v3.0 · 2 years ago
Solvespace is 100% amazing - clean UI, sensible shortcut keys, tiny install size. I jumped ship to freecad for doing bevels, but they break all the time anyway. I should go back to solvespace again. · 2 years ago
