This is a wordlog for the SpellBinding puzzle (in which you construct words using the specified letters; each word must contain the anchor letter).
EGGNOG EVOKE EVOKING GINKGO GOING GONE GONG GOOG GOON INGOING INION INVOKE INVOKING KENO KOOK NEON NOGGIN NOGGING NONE NONEGO NOOGIE NOOK NOON NOONING OGEE OINK OINKING ONGOING ONION OVEN OVINE VINO
Pangrams: EVOKING
Interestingly, GINKGO is sometimes spelled 'gingko'. With words like these I generally keep the more common spelling, in order to keep games reasonably sized. Words transcribed from other languages tend to have many (in some cases absurdly so) variations, and I try to go with the most common. Otherwise, you have challa, challah, hallah, not to mention challoth, challot, hallot, halloth, etc. Games get really tedious, and my dictionary is growing too fast - over 40,000 words from around 30,000 when I started curating it... [That's a lot of words looked up and typed in!]
GOOG: Ausstralian for 'egg'.
INION: the external occipital protuberance of the NOGGIN.
OGEE: a molding with an S-shaped profile; : a pointed arch having on each side a reversed curve near the apex
