This is a wordlog for the SpellBinding puzzle (in which you construct words using the specified letters; each word must contain the anchor letter).

Pangrams: APOLUNE
A hard puzzle, with tons of words... APOLUNE? The point of a lunar orbit farthest from the moon, much like apogee is to our planet.
APNEA: (n) transient cessation of respiration, especially 'sleep apnea'; asphyxia. APNOEA is an alternate spelling, chiefly British. Checking my dictionary: do I have diarrhoea? I do, unexpectadly. How about paranoea? That's not even in Merriam-Webster's. Amoeba is actually the more common spelling of 'ameba', so I'll leave things alone for now.
APPAL/APPALL: (v) Overcome with consternation, shock or dismay. Both spellings are in circulation.
NAPPE: (n) sheet; a large mass of rock thrust over other rocks; one of two sheets that lie on the opposite sides of the vertex and together make up a cone (?).
NONUPLE: (adj) ninefold, constisting of nine; taken by nines or in groups of nine.
PAEAN: (n) a joyous song or hymn of praise, thanksgiving or triumph; a work that praises or honors its subject: encomium, tribute.
PALAPALA: (n) Writing (Hawaii)
PALP: (v) touch, feel; (n) palpus, a segmented usually tactile or gustatory process on an arthropod mouthpart
PUPU (n) an asian tasting platter.
Another day.
