- 1 egg (just the yolk),
- 2 large glasses of sunflower oil,

Samurai sauce is quite suitable for the taste of those who love spicy flavors. With its hint of harissa, it subtly inflames the palate. To prepare your samurai sauce, start by breaking the egg and separating the white from the yolk. Put the yolk in a large bowl. Add the mustard and a drizzle of oil to the bowl. Beat vigorously. When the mayonnaise begins to set, add the rest of the oil little by little. Do not add salt and pepper to your mayonnaise, the other ingredients will give it other flavors. Then add the ketchup and harissa. Start with small quantities first and taste, then if the flavor does not suit you, add more until you are satisfied with the result. It is of course the harissa which gives its spicy flavor to this sauce. It's up to you to measure what level of spiciness you want. Refrigerate before serving.
