That would be too bad. Many people appreciate Ed25519 because, unlikeECDSA, it does not rely on government algorithms. I assume this wouldbe important for some geminauts. May be instead to insist on people sothat they use proper TLS libraries? Ed25519 is not so recent and hasfree software code available.
