I knew this country's shape was familiar! My brain was screaming that this was a European country, but for some reason my mind said Bulgaria at first. I thought about it more and then remembered Bulgaria's shape, so I started in central Europe and mentally worked my way up and around. It was only then that I realized the answer was Belarus.
