I finally found a good way to publish into the geminisphere from the mobile phone.
Actually.. the whole /tmp directory is synced with syncthing and it's available and backuped from other machines.
On the iOS side i'm running the MöbiusSync app which allows to scan the QR code of the shared folder which is also available in local in the iOS filesystem.
This means that I can safely edit gmi files in local without internet. And all that gets synced in the gemini server when I get connectivity again.
