Fixing My Sleep Schedule by Sleeping With Someone Else

So, I had a problem: I would sleep during the day, and be awake pretty much all night. Well, that but a little less extreme.

The first thing I tried is to pull an all nighter, then sleep.

The first time I did that successfully, I instead slept for about 16 hours. Heck, it might've been 19 hours. I'm not exactly sure, but I definitely slept for a real long time.

In the end, I did not manage to sleep at earlier times. It was pretty much the same.

The second thing I tried is what worked: sleep with someone else. That only works if you have a someone else, and you don't want to disturb that person while they're sleeping.

Because you don't want to disturb the person, you'll likely get bored, and fall asleep. And because you fall asleep earlier, it's more likely you'll get tired earlier than later.

For me, sleeping with someone else worked. No idea if it will work for you.
