SDF has set up Gemini service for its MetaARPA users

peteyboy@sdf.org <peteyboy (a) sdf.org>

Announced recently. SDF.org Users with accounts on the 'metaarray' can
just create a folder there, drop an index.gmi, and be in Geminispace!

I made the tutorial in the sdf wiki. Let me know if you have comments/suggestions!
https://wiki.sdf.org/doku.php?id=gemini_site_setup_and_hosting_features

I had run my own jetforce on the metaarray for a bit, but we had to use
allocated (non-standard) ports.

The example page on the wiki uses "==>" instead of "=>".

Thanks for reviewing, Remco! I fixed both, the 2nd one was an artifact of
the wiki markup (dokuwiki markup doesn't recognize Gemini URLs?! I am shocked! ;) )
