My computer is a late 2012 Mac Mini with an Intel® Core™ i7-3615QM × 8 processor, 16 GB of RAM, a 1 TB HD. Currently running Vanilla. The desktop is Gnome 43.
Before Vanilla my OS was Fedora and Nixos before that, preceded by many other Linux "flavors".
In my search for a "perfect" OS I have used DOS, OS/2, Windoze, all the BSDs, many, many Linux distros (started with Yggdrasil way back when you had to compile X11, etc.). Guess there is no perfect OS! But I never stop searching and trying out variants and versions either in a VM or installing the most interesting ones on hardware.
