Chinese Pork Shoulder, a bit like spare ribs

Five-spice with chilli (or just plain five spice)

Sprinkle this onto each side of pork shoulder steaks (half them)

Red bean paste heated and mixed with vinegar & soy sauce

Stir this through the pork to coat it

Add some more five spice, garlic powder, aromat seasoning

Mix all this up, making sure the meat is well coated, then leave to marinate.

When ready to cook, add some Rib Sauce from a jar to thicken juices at the bottom the bowl.

Again, mix well to coat the meat.

Grill each side of the meat under a high setting, it should be sizzling and brown each side.
