BBS has been updated to Bubble v4.2:

• Added Snowflake avatar.
• Improved tag editor: use correct terms ("post" or "issue") and removed redundancy in the UI.
• Issue trackers display the number of issues in the top heading.
• Fixed draft undercounting in the dashboard link (comment and issue tracker drafts were not included).
• Moved tagging actions to the moderator group under post actions, for clarity.
• Minor page formatting tweaks.
