This tool is intended to play 8SVX and an own format
called nBS ,which is mostly like ADPCM, directly
from Harddisk. Including Converter 8SVX->nBS

While using the SPlay-code to do a demo
( Amiga still rocks ! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mY3SiWF3T9E )
i noticed the surround-option wouldn't work.
Fixed now.
