BBS has been updated to Bubble v4.2: Added Snowflake avatar. Improved tag editor: use correct terms ("post" or "issue") and removed redundancy in the UI. Issue trackers display the number of issues in the top heading. Fixed draft undercounting in the dashboard link (comment and issue tracker drafts were not included). Moved tagging actions to the moderator group under post actions, for clarity. Minor page formatting tweaks.
