Basic First Aid Kit

The goal of this kit is to remedy the most common occurrences that may happen to anyone (children and adults) at any point in time, such as: headache, concussion, fever, stomachache, diarrhea, minor cuts/bruises, minor burns/stings, blister, splinter, allergy, tooth/gum pain, and vomit.

The idea is to have a small kit that you can carry with you and a more comprehensive one in your house. Consider having a small kit with the following:

• Aspirin
• Tylenol
• Benadryl
• Ibuprofen
• Bismuth tablet
• Antacid tablet
• Orasol gel 20%
• Hydrocortisone cream 1%
• Triple antibiotic ointment
• Bacitracin zinc ointment
• Povidone-Iodine Pads
• Burn gel
• Alcohol pads
• Sting and Bite pads
• 3m steri strips
• 1” by 3” bandages
• 4” by 2” bandages
• Blister bandages
• Splinter Out or tweezers

Additional items:

• Gloves
• Flashlight
• Thermometer
• Cotton swabs
• Hand sanitizer
• Saline solution
• Expendable wipes
• Scissors / Shears
• Throat relief lozenges
