Pumpkin bread

• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• ⅓ cup water
• ½ can pumpkin puree (or 1 whole can and no water)
• 1¾ cups flour
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¾ tsp salt
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• ½ tsp cinnamon

Mix the wet ingredients, then mix in the dry ingredients. Pour into a greased loaf pan.

Bake for 80 minutes at 350F.
