On 2/14/08 I received a traffic citation in West Jordan City coded 86-3-104-20: Vehicles parked not in the lawful flow of traffic.
According to the web site of <a href="http://www.wjordan.com/index.cfm?objectid=BFC2060C-E7F2-24F5-55AE0D399B23A2F1">West Jordan City</a> I should "wait not less than 5 days nor more than 14 days after the issuance of the citation to contact the Court".
This being the 5th day since I received the citation, I called at 3:00pm. I was routed to a voice menu and chose option #1 to contact the court. I let it ring 10 times and hung up.
I'll try again in an hour.
Update (4:08pm): Called and got a hold of someone at the Justice court. She said that the citation hadn't been entered into the computer yet and to call back on Thursday.
