Pudding

Ingredients

Dough

2 cups of wheat flour

2 cups of sugar

8 tablespoon of water

1 tablespoon of baking powder

5 eggs (egg whites)

Topping

2 apples (add more or less as needed)

2 boxes of vanilla pudding

2 boxes of butterscotch pudding

Prep

Mix all (but the whites) ingredients for the dough in a bowl
Add the egg whites and mix gently
Grease a baking pan with butter
Cook the dogh at 350*C until it gets firm (about 20 minutes)
Cut apple slices in a moon shape
Prepare the vanilla pudding using milk, following the instructions in the box
Prepare the butterscotch pudding using water, following the instructions in the box
Add the vanilla pudding over the dough
Add the apples slices over the pudding (Make any decoration you wish. I add rools of slices of apple on top of the pudding)
Add the butterscotch pudding over the entire surface (it will have a translucent appearence over the apples)

Leave it in the freezer for a couple of hours and serve it slightly cold.
