Welcome to Emi Socks' writing corner!
I write short stories sometimes. There's no real consistent pattern to them, but generally I like to deal with magic and fantasy settings, and with themes of identity, romance, and friendship.
I'm a very novice writer, so don't expect anything of very high quality. But if you happen to enjoy something I write, or have any kind of feedback, please let me know!
If you'd like to be notified whenever I publish a new story, I have an RSS feed here that you can subscribe to:
The stories here are all SFW, but I also have some kinkier ones. If you are interested, and are an adult, you can take a look here:
I am over 18, take me to the horny zone
2023-03-04 / ~9.2k words
A story about two teenagers, one in a fantasy world and one in a modern world, connected through their dreams.
2022-04-08 / ~3.1k words
CONTAINS: computer virus, mentions of food
A cute little story about a student accidentally getting a virus on her computer, and then becoming friends with it.
2021-11-30 / ~5.5k words
CONTAINS: furry people, physical injuries
This story is totally different from my usual writing, a little more action-oriented and set in a magic fantasy world. It follows a dragon girl in her journey to master the sword and become a royal guard.
2021-10-13 / ~4.5k words
CONTAINS: spirituality, minor homophobia, maybe age difference (human/nonhuman), food
A story about romance... sort of. It's the story of a young priestess and her relationship with the spirit that watches over her village.
2021-06-12 / ~1.9k words
CONTAINS: robot people, mind alteration, (probably mild) identity horror
This is a horror story, proceed with caution! It features a service robot whose identity is erased and overridden by their own wish.
2021-03-19 / ~4.4k words
CONTAINS: furry people, memetic entity, (temporarily) non-consensual head sharing, food
A story about becoming friends with a memetic entity, basically an idea or thought that happens to be alive and self-aware. Don't have much to say about it, but I think it's nice.
2020-10-20 / ~2k words
CONTAINS: robot people, possibly trans subtext, mentions of medical transition
This one is about a human trying out an app that lets them see the world through the eyes of their robot friend, and their feelings about being in a mechanical body.
