When I select text with an input devices and move the pointer down the page to select the whole page, the viewport won't scroll. Which means the whole page cannot be selected if some content is hidden.
And there's also no shortcut to select the whole page.

The scrolling-while-selecting certainly should be implemented as it hasn't been yet, but you can use Command+C without anything selected to copy the entire page source, without marking it explicitly.
