Anyway, I suppose what is the easiest server depends on your needs. I've found Agate is quite straightforward if you want to serve static pages:

I only fixed a typo. thanks for the recommendation. Yes, it's just a static page at this stage.
What would be the easiest server to install and run on Ubunto, for someone who never installed a server and has only recently started using Linux after 13 years of abscence ?
