What are good photo applications for use with dwm?
That is, ones that don't open tons of windows all over the place, or at least behave in a reasonable way on a system where window placement is not manually controlled?

darktable seems to work fine; I managed to crop a bunch of photos.
GIMP seems to be OK too, with fixed toolbox and menus. I haven't used it in a while and can't remember what it's supposed to look like, and am too lazy to restart a new XFCE session right now, as I like it in dwm
