Writing this a week later, five days missing before I picked up my challenge again, but today was an easy observation, or at least recollection
An early evening outing to the State Netball Hockey Centre in Parkville for a game of hockey on a very windy evening at the end of a very windy day. The hockey grounds are outdoors, under lights, four giant towers of lights. Flitting back and forth across the ground despite the wind and players were a number of small shapes. So quick, at first we thought they were bats until one came closer when we realised it was a group of around four swallows[1] out chasing insects. Despite itbeing well past sunset the lights were bright enough to keep
