Huge flocks every day at the Oakleigh Central shopping centre; the council keeps putting up spikey anti-pigeon wire but the sheer weight of numbers and probably poor construction means it fails, in addition to all the alternative perchese. There are a few small hard to read signs saying to not feed them; there's also a bakery whose staff through out bags of bread crumbs to feed them and any number of people who sit around feeding them
