2020/1111/1600 — blackbirds in the bay tree

Very brief notes for the 9th-12th, despite my bests efforts I fell behind and filled this in on ... Friday the 13th.

A grey and overcast day, my daily bike ride was to the shops and the wildlife was all the people -- today's bird would have to be the blackbird[1] hiding up in the bay tree in the garden, he sang and sang and sang all day, incredibly loudly and persistently
