helps to finalize the standard, not advocating for re-implementing web
browser with an unfit protocol.
Compression is NOT a web thing, and it predates the web, so knock that crap off. Not everything the web has remotely touched is bad. TLS is used by the web. It's not suddenly "re-implementing" the web by using TLS. Adding compression is also not "re-implementing" the web.
