Much less than .space. Space is one of the TLD that accepted to removea name by simple request from MPAA (Hollywood lobby). No need for acourt order or even a private arbitrator.
Anyway, when you register a domain, you have to click a checkbox "Ihave read the terms of use and I accept them". I'm sure everyone haveindeed read and understood the ToU :-}
