I don't know if this alone is worthy of an article, since I don't have long-form thoughts on these actions, but I might as well post something since I've left this category abandoned for a while.
When you've played a fighting game for long enough by yourself out of boredom, do you just stop thinking about the characters and start treating them like dolls to project your own characters on. I can't remember a time where I didn't just find the character close enough to whatever other character I was thinking about and try to sync up the special moves to the cinematic moment in my head. This only works against AI, though.
Once you've beaten a really difficult boss, have you ever replayed it and fought the boss again, just so you could be sure that it would never be an issue for the rest of your life? This is a much more recent habit, only coming in the last couple of months, but I stand by it. In Undertale this is the canon option to me on all routes, because why wouldn't you do some sort of training in that situation, even if just dodging training?
I think those are the two main ones I have to talk about, so I'll just end this log here.
