Interpersonal

abnormal

any deviation from normal that reduces the amount of money, status, or power a person can acquire. This is not inherent to the deviation itself. This is not necessarily a bad thing, even though the contributions made by people who have those differences are often overlooked. An example of something abnormal is being queer

hypernormal

any deviation from normal that increases the amount of money, status, or power a person can acquire. This is not inherent to the deviation itself, but a result of how the trait is treated by others. An example of something hypernormal is being a charismatic and sociopathic politician

normal

treated as default by (anti-)society. Everyone else is overlooked, or discriminated against in some way. Currently in most "western" cultures, normal is pretty much the cishet, able-bodied, neurotypical, middle - upper class, white, christian, man club

Societies

anti-society

an anti-society is a culture that makes it really hard for people to cooperate or support each other in any way and encourages it's members to be cruel to each other, or at least, willing to take advantage of whoever they can without reguard for their well being. Basically an anti-society actively encourages people to be anti-social and makes it as difficult as possible to be pro-social.

dystopia

a dystopia is any "society" where intelligence and empathy are correlated with depression. Basically distopias have such a large difference between how good things are and how good they can be that those who recognize just how vast the difference is and care about the people hurt by it are likely to feel sad and helpless. Dystopia is another way of saying anti-society

proto-society

pockets of cooperation in a broader anti-society, they tend to be very marginal, and are often stamped out or overrun when they gain too much attention. Despite this, they provide support for people who would otherwise not be able to get it, and have the potential to grow into a proper society, if they can survive and keep their values
