I recently stumbled upon it, and it seems really good except for one major issue I've been having. None of the UI is being detected When I say show labels in voice access. Which means instead of being able to say tap send, I have to show grid and navigate to the send button manually.

It is being worked on, yes, although as a lower priority task.
However, accessibility in general is lacking in all variants of the app. I'm using a custom GUI toolkit and that would need a platform-specific accessibility API integration on every platform. In some cases, that's only feasible if I use native GUI controls.
It still remains an open question how to solve this. I'm inclined to make additional variants that target an existing GUI framework, such as the native Android one, because that would enable full access to platform-specific features. In any case, it's quite a bit of work.
Fortunately, you should be able to find other clients that have better accessibility features.
The android app is working great for me. I use it most days 👍👍👍
