I recently started my own pubnix where I now host my blog and everything else. I started learning about OpenBSD and decided to give it a try, and I love it so much I decided to move there permanently. I also started my own activitypub server, so now my Mastodon account is self-hosted. I encourage you to do the same if you can, it has changed my outlook on software and social platforms completely. It truly feels like the future of the web, and I hope that more people realize this and follow the same path. Come visit me:
