Back here after a long hiatus.

I was burned out and for a few months I could only work, eat, sleep. Rinse and repeat.

I took a month long break from work in July, finally, and now I have some of my energy back.

I even went for a run earlier this morning.

My life is so different from how it was a year ago, yet it was so easy for me to forget all the good things that happened, all the progress I made.

I am thankful of what I have now and will work to remind myself of it more often.
