Flounder is an ultra-lightweight platform for making and sharing small websites. It consists of two components: the "my site" page, where you can edit your pages and upload small files, and the home page, where you can see other users' pages. Flounder is bare-bones simple. If you're looking for a place to start, maybe create a journal.gmi file where you can blog your thoughts. Any time you update it, it'll be pushed to the top of the home page.
You can get started by editing this page -- remove this content and replace it with whatever you like! It will be live at <your-name>.flounder.online. You can go there right now to see what this page currently looks like.
You can link to other sites using the following syntax:
New File (doesn't exist yet -- try creating it!)
Unformatted text can be displayed like this:
In a Station of the Metro by Ezra Pound The apparition of these faces in the crowd; Petals on a wet, black bough.
Lists look like this:
And quotes look like this:
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering.
- Friedrich Nietzsche
