I find it hard to imagine that the Russian leadership is hurt because they can't see your gemlog. It's always the people that suffer from any form of embargo or global action -- people that generally have little if anything to do with the root cause. Blocking your web site is just juvenile.
If anything, I hope someone whose home is about to be blown to bits, or is facing the possibility of freezing, finds a few minutes of distraction -- if that's what they are looking for.
Russian people are like any other group of people - they just want to feed their families, find a good job, and get their house comfortable so they can watch a game or a show on their idiot box. Even those riding into Kiev with guns, have children or parents at home... When they are drafted and sent somewhere, they just have to do what they are told. Like soldiers anywhere, they are hardly in any position to protest or ignore their commanding officer in the middle of a military action.
If you want to block something -- turn off the TV and ignore the propaganda coming out of the US. Until the US returns Texas to Mexico and the rest to native peoples, or at least shuts down the torture operations in Guantanamo, the US is hardly a shining beacon of freedom.
As for our senile asshole president who precipitated this conflict by publically insulting Putin, that's on him. _I_ can call Putin a scumbag, but a statesman should know better, when referring to another world leader, however evil. The only reason this bag of shit _is_ president is because he is _not_ Trump -- not much of an accomplishment. The democrats could've run a chimp with equal success (winning by a hair, that is). What, they did? Please, that's just insulting chimps.
